DISNEY OIPP ASSESSMENT GUIDELINES
Greetings Everyone
This is to reiterate (remember this word) about the Disney OIPP Assessment Guidelines. Please do not hesitate to contact either myself or Ms Gan if you have any queries.
DISNEY OIPP ASSESSMENT GUIDELINES
1. In view of the differences between the two assessment criteria, it is proposed that both the Disney assessment and other SBM requirements described below be used for an overall assessment of the OIPP students.
2. The proposed criteria assessment allocation is:
a. SBM (totals 40%)
i. Original IPP requirement - IPP report – (20%)
ii. New Requirement - Presentation (10%) on a choice of topics including living with room-mate, managing finances, understanding Disney back room…
iii. New Requirement - Brief write up on participation in training and networking opportunities (10%) such as Disney Exploration Series, Conversations with.., Career Insights, and Spotlight on …, and other online lessons
b. Walt Disney World (totals 60%)
i. Cast Excellence (20%)
ii. Guest Satisfaction (20%)
iii. Business Results (20%)
3. In summary, SBM will reserve 40% of the students assessment, and Walt Disney World 60%, making it a total of 100%.
Kind Regards
Mr Kumar
